OUR SPRING OFFER
The menu creations of our head chef Philip Dollinger celebrate the first flavours of spring. Carefully composed courses guide you through the intense aromas of regional ingredients such as asparagus, wild garlic and rhubarb – presented in surprising combinations. The exceptional dishes are complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing.
PREMISES
Our premises provide an intimate and serene setting for your event. The fireplace lounge (Kaminzimmer) is ideal for events on a smaller scale, with a round table seating 10 to 18 people. The main dining room is suited for groups of 18 to 52 people. The terrace, looking out onto sculptures by Kelly and Fischli / Weiss, is also at your disposal.g.
