The menu creations of our young chef Philip Dollinger celebrate the rich harvest of the second half of the year. Carefully coordinated courses lead through the intense flavours of regional products such as beetroot, mushroom or hazelnut in surprising combinations. The exceptional dishes are rounded off with an exquisite wine accompaniment.
Our premises provide an intimate and serene setting for your event. The fireplace lounge (Kaminzimmer) is ideal for events on a smaller scale, with a round table seating 12 to 20 people. The main dining room is suited for groups of 18 to 52 people. The terrace, looking out onto sculptures by Calder, Kelly and Fischli / Weiss, is also at your disposal.g.
